Securing a Rental Date

Reservations for an event should be made at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date. An event is not confirmed until a special event contract is signed and a twenty percent (20%) non-refundable deposit is paid. The balance due on the estimated events fees outlined in the contract is due exactly (1) month prior to the event date by 5 PM, or the event will be cancelled.
